We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in veterinary medicine with strategic product management to enhance our product offerings and provide exceptional support to veterinary professionals and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical veterinary support to the team and customers, ensuring optimal product use and understanding.
- Manage and oversee product development, marketing strategies, and lifecycle management for veterinary products.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure the development of innovative, high-quality products that meet client needs.
- Conduct training sessions and technical workshops for staff and clients.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding products or services.
- Stay updated with veterinary science advancements and integrate them into product improvements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business decisions.
Qualifications Needed:
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
- Proven experience in veterinary practice or the animal health industry.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for animal health and welfare.
